TriCal® 105

Awned Triticale

  • Very high soft dough forage yield
  • Excellent performance in salty soil
  • Stands up to lagoon water

Excellent TriCal® 105’s seedling vigor gives this variety a great start, even in areas with difficult soil conditions. TriCal® performs in saline conditions where other cereals have trouble making a crop. Then TriCal® 105 goes on to finish with solid yields when the going gets tough. TriCal® 105 has been the variety of choice for many years because of its vigorous tall dark leafy plants that are free of stripe rust and leaf rust and ability to stand up to lagoon water. Harvest is about 10-12 days later than wheat for soft dough silage.
