Swift 77 spring triticale is the earliest maturing triticale to ever hit the market in California. Agronomically diverse, and adaptable to all soil types from saline/alkaline to highly fertile soils. Swift 77 triticale has excellent straw strength on high fertility soils and is resistant to know races of stripe rust and Barley Yellow Dwarf. It contains superior starch content due to high grain yield and is a great fit for California and soft dough markets.
